Profile Overview:
Software Development Engineer in Test is a key role at TravClan. With time we have focussed a lot on the speed of building products and now that we are doing 10’s of millions of rupees in transactions in a day we cannot let poor experience creep in at any stage for our users, which are both internal and external. The Software Development Engineer in Test in their capacity are going to be the Champions and Custodians of experience for all of our products. As part of this team they will be working on building and executing a comprehensive test strategy and will act as gatekeepers of everything that is shipped to our users. Our natural focus is going to be on automating all aspects of our product testing for our internal ERP systems and our more customer facing product lines. The Test Engineers stand to gain because they get to work in a fast paced environment and work with the best Engineering and Product leadership teams in the Indian Startup Ecosystem. They also stand to become Travel Tech SMEs over a period of time, while automating our entire test cycle from the get go.

The Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude Test: Every shortlisted candidate initially needs to appear for a one-hour aptitude test. The aptitude test consists of some basic math aptitude problems, descriptive questions, and some technical questions.
2. Personal Interviews: 3 detailed Interview Rounds
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits, ESOPs and many other benefits.
