- Reporting Preparation of MIS, Project Reports, Cash flows and Resource management
- Variance analysis: Preparation of Budgets at entity and project level. Comparing budgets to actual on a monthly and YTD basis
- Contract Management: Develop contract summaries, centralized contract database, contract variation process
- Compliance: Secretarial, tax, payroll and other statutory compliances
- Internal controls and policy documents: Group delegation of authority policy
- Assist in the preparation of Group budgets;
- Preparation of Project budgets;
- Preparation of weekly project reports showing resource allocation, performance against project budget, variance analysis and project profitability;
- Preparation of monthly MIS in conjunction with Financial Accounting. Financial Accounting will be responsible for providing base data such as Financial Statements, Accounts Receivable data etc. The Financial Analyst’s main responsibility will be to provide variance analysis from the Budget and the continual improvement of management reporting (eg improving format of MIS, development of non-financial KPIs, etc);
- Development of management reports (eg account profitability reports, sales pipeline reporting etc)
