Position Summary:
We are seeking an engineering graduate with strong programming abilities and a solid understanding of RPA tools, particularly Microsoft Power Automate.The role involves monitoring, diagnosing, and rectifying BOT execution issues to ensure smooth production runs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues in production bots, ensuring seamless operation.
· Utilize strong analytical skills to develop solutions.
· Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
· Troubleshoot Agentic AI prompts with a good understanding of prompt engineering.
· Apply knowledge of Python programming in agentic AI use cases.
· Exhibit a sense of ownership to support testing efforts.
· Identify and document best practices.
· Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders in case of any issues.
· Must have good understanding if assigned bots for monitoring to effectively support bot expansion.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of RPA tools, preferably Microsoft Power Automate.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Knowledge of SQL scripting.
· Excellent communication skills.
