Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Freshers for the position of Telecaller at Crazy Solutions. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located in Mumbai, Pune, Noida, and Gurgaon. The role involves engaging in outbound calling and lead generation activities. Candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience are welcome to apply.


Qualifications and Skills

  • excellent customer service skills with an ability to understand and address customer needs efficiently
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with potential clients and internal teams
  • proficiency in follow-up techniques ensuring timely and consistent engagement with leads and customers
  • experience in telemarketing with a focus on promoting products and services to interested prospects
  • outbound calling skills to initiate contact with potential customers (Mandatory skill)
  • lead generation ability to identify and develop new customer leads (Mandatory skill)
  • cold calling proficiency to approach potential clients who have not expressed interest in products/services (Mandatory skill)
  • strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment


Roles and Responsibilities

  • conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to the services and solutions offered by Crazy Solutions
  • build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads for future reference and follow-up
  • coordinate lead generation activities and ensure an effective sales pipeline
  • conduct cold calls to unlisted prospects, presenting business solutions and capturing interest in services
  • provide accurate information about the services, addressing any queries or concerns from potential clients
  • follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns or incoming inquiries
  • work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and develop strategies for target market penetration
  • track and report feedback from potential customers, sharing insights with the team for continual improvement
