Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos on personal finance topics.
- Understand and incorporate financial concepts such as stock market, mutual funds, etc., into videos.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and financial markets.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Sync audio, including voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
- Perform color correction and grading to enhance visual aesthetics.
- Design and animate titles, lower thirds, and other on-screen text.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and plan video sequences.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of professional video editing experience in personal finance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of personal finance and fintech topics.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative vision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with multi-cam editing and keyframing.
- Knowledge of green screen techniques and chroma keying.
- Familiarity with audio editing and enhancement tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing projects.
