Software Development Engineer - DevOps will contribute to the implementation of CI/CD & infrastructure automation efforts. Help developers with environment setup, deployments, and production operations.
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering or relevant
- 1-3 years of experience in working with production systems and software engineering
- Exposure to Google Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall VMs, Docker & Kubernetes setup and configuration
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the VMs, Docker & Kubernetes environment
- Scripting in bash/python
- Working on tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
- Setting up critical infrastructure manually or by automation
- Solving infrastructure-related problems at scale
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in working with production systems and software engineering
- At least 1 year of experience on GCP/AWS (GCP preferred)
- Experience in using configuration management tools such as Jenkins, Terraform
- Experience in working with monitoring systems like Site 24*7, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.
- Experience in working with server logging and log collection like Fluentd, Logstash, Kibana, etc.
- Nice to have: Experience with RDBMS software such as MySQL & Load Balancer
