Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Cards to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our credit card products issued in partnership with leading banks. This role will own the experience of customer acquisition and onboarding across multiple bank partners.
You will work closely with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and partner banks to build seamless and innovative credit card experiences for our users.
What you’ll do?
Product Strategy & Ownership
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our credit card products.
Own the end-to-end card lifecycle, including onboarding, KYC flows, approval journeys, card activation, transactions, billing, and repayments.
Identify opportunities to improve card usage, engagement, and customer experience.
Credit Card Ecosystem
Build and manage products across card networks like Visa, RuPay and enable users to get access to our cards.
Work closely with issuing bank partners to launch and scale co-branded credit card programs.
Manage integrations with partner banks, TSPs and infrastructure providers.
Product Execution
Translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and product specifications.
Work with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product features and improvements.
Own product launches, experiments, and iterative improvements.
Growth & Engagement
Drive key metrics like conversion rate, card activation, monthly spend per user, and retention.
Build features that improve credit card onboarding, adoption and transaction frequency.
Partner with marketing and growth teams to launch rewards, offers, and engagement campaigns.
Data & Insights
Define product KPIs and track performance using data dashboards.
Use customer insights and analytics to improve product experiences and drive growth.
AI-Driven Innovation
Use AI tools to optimise workflows for yourselves and your team
Build intelligent features and internal tools
Profile
4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or banking.
Understanding of credit card ecosystems, issuing banks, and payment networks is a plus.
Proven ability to ship customer-facing products at scale and own the process end-to-end.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience collaborating with engineering, design, business and external stakeholders.
