Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of features end-to-end, bringing ideas to life across both Android and web platforms for agri SMEs, exporters, and enterprise buyers.

In this role, you will:

• Design and build customer-first UIs: Work closely with users—farmers, cooperators in the field, and enterprise teams—to deliver intuitive, elegant, and high-performing applications.
• Own the feature lifecycle: Ideate, design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve production-quality features such as farmer enrollment, order management, and traceability dashboards.
• Ship fast, measure impact: Break down features into deliverable milestones with measurable outcomes (e.g., “onboarding flow conversion +20%”, “app startup under 2s”).
• Develop cross-platform excellence: Build seamless interfaces using React and React Native (Android).
• Implement offline-first sync: Utilize Supabase RealTime with conflict resolution to ensure smooth performance in low-connectivity environments.
• Build robust backends: Design clean APIs, business logic, and integrations in Node.js/TypeScript (Cloudflare Workers).
• Leverage AI-powered development: Enhance productivity and quality through code agents, AI-assisted QA pipelines, and prompt-based scaffolding.
• Collaborate effectively: Pair with the Lead Engineer on design, code reviews, and reducing tech debt, while fostering knowledge-sharing within the team.

What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced, product-driven engineer who focuses on creating exceptional user experiences while maintaining technical excellence.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong expertise in React and React Native (Android).
• Proven ability to build user-friendly mobile and web interfaces in close collaboration with product and design teams.
• Strong track record of end-to-end feature ownership in production environments, from design to iteration.
• Familiarity with Supabase, real-time synchronization, and offline-first solutions.
• Proficiency in building clean APIs and backends with Node.js/TypeScript (Cloudflare Workers).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, code agents, prompt-based workflows).
• A strong sense of product quality and customer impact beyond performance metrics.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup—shipping quickly, iterating often, and owning your work.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
