Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create high-quality datasets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Django and Flask.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for AI/ML and a desire to make a significant impact.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
