We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to manage our business development efforts and lead a high-performing sales team in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers focused on IB acquisition and client growth in the Indian region.
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and strategies to consistently achieve regional revenue goals.
  • Personally drive high-value client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and penetrate new business channels through your strong network within the FX & CFD industry.
  • Support team members in structuring deals, closing opportunities, and managing key client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align sales strategies.
  • Report performance metrics and pipeline progress to regional leadership.
  • Maintain top-tier CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy across the team.


Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in FX/CFD sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong existing network of IBs, Money Managers, and institutional partners in the Indian FX market.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and scaling business development operations.
  • Deep knowledge of financial instruments (FX, commodities, indices, crypto).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; finance or economics preferred.
