Meet The Team

Join our dynamic Product & Supplier Quality organization dedicated to driving quality excellence for advanced silicon and networking solutions. Our team collaborates globally with cross-functional partners, OSAT providers, and customers to deliver high-impact quality outcomes across the product lifecycle.

Your Impact

As the Senior Product & Supplier Quality Manager, you will lead critical quality governance initiatives, ensure supplier performance, and champion transparency with our customers. Your expertise will shape product change management, customer qualifications, and operational excellence, directly impacting field risk reduction and quality innovation.

  • Change Management & PCN Leadership: Act as the end-to-end process owner for communicating product and process changes to customers via Product Change Notifications (PCNs) and technical presentations.
  • Supplier Governance: Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the Supplier Quality Performance Index and Quality Risk Index. Drive quality excursions from the factory and field back to component suppliers.
  • Customer Qualification: Facilitate the customer qualification process for advanced chips, resolving technical queries and tracking sample fulfillment to ensure on-time market readiness.
  • Risk Management: Drive field risk management and customer "heat maps." Perform early sensing of quality issues and implement predictive analytics on factory and field quality data.
  • Root Cause & Disposition: Serve as the Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for process deviations. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Operational Excellence: Define temporary manufacturing instructions for OSAT partners and drive the development of new quality tools and business intelligence dashboards (e.g., Tableau).
  • Compliance & Engineering Support: Oversee Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance, and ensure compliance with RoHS and other regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with significant expertise in Supplier Quality and Product Lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Root Cause Analysis methodologies (8D, 5-Why, FMEA).
  • Hands-on experience with silicon packaging, OSAT management, and Product Change Notification (PCN) processes.
  • Skilled in using visualization tools such as Tableau for quality metrics; familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Pro/E) and PLM/BOM management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
  • Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or IATF 16949).
  • Advanced Diploma in CAD/CAM.
