This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Quality Analyst Tester in India.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Analyst Tester to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. In this role, you will assess applications through both manual and automated testing, identify bugs and inconsistencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards throughout the development lifecycle. The position provides the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality while working remotely in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and are comfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.

Accountabilities:

·         Review and analyze system specifications to understand functionality and requirements.

·         Develop effective test strategies and test plans in collaboration with QA engineers.

·         Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze the results.

·         Evaluate product code against specifications to identify deviations or defects.

·         Document testing phases, record defects, and report issues to development teams.

·         Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software problems.

·         Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure quality standards.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.



Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·         2-3 years of work experience; prior QA-specific experience is not required.

·         Strong command of English for clear communication and reporting.

·         Comfortable working remotely with a schedule of 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

·         Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
