Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives 
• Write requirements – typically as user stories and Mockups
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule 
• Assess and address technical risks and define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
• Creation and maintenance of proper product documentationGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps 
• Analysing potential partner relationships for the product.
• Collaborate with the tech team to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs 
• Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support customer demand as part of new product development.

Skills and Experience:

• 5 Plus years of experience as a Product Manager managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Good knowledge of SDLC and Ability to drive the creation and modification of key documents across Zessta
• Moderately technical with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and to understand product issues and drive the team towards resolution.
• Subject matter expert on Competitive analysis and technical challenges
• Strong  knowledge of web development platforms, databases and infrastructure.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think outside of the box strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
• Project management skills to understand project plans
• Candidates with prior work experience as Developers/Test Engineers are preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Candidates with Bachelor's degree in computer science and Masters in Business are preferred.
• Experience 4-12 years
