Lead Quality Analyst

Experience: - 6-7 yrs

Notice Period: Immediate or max 30 days

Position: Permanent

Shifts: Candidate should be Willing to work overlapping  US hours and participate in client calls during US business hours

Job Description:

• Experience in automation using tools like Selenium
• Good knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts
• Experience in API testing (manual and automation)
• Should be self-driven
• Should have applied QA standards and procedures to resolve routine issues
• Should be able to write use cases based on product requirements, execute them and report issues in bug tracking system
• Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum model).
• Actively participated in Scrum meetings like - daily standup and sprint planning.
• Works cohesively with team members in pursuit of team & project goals.
• Experience working on tools like Microfocus QC, and ALM Octane
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work overlapping US hours and participate in client calls during US business hour

Additional Preferences or certifications: Min 2 years of experience in Team handling

Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills
