Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and orientation.
Post-Recruitment Activities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and compliance requirements.
- Assist in probation review and confirmation processes
Payroll Administration:
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support HR policies implementation and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 year of experience in HR functions
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll systems, and HR policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
