Java Developer

LiftOff is a product engineering company that helps entrepreneurs turn ideas into market-ready products. We are seeking a Java Developer alongside our engineering team on a variety of software projects spanning multiple languages, frameworks, and architectures.

As a Java Software Engineer, you will work directly with our founders and alongside our engineers on a variety of software projects covering various languages, frameworks, and application architectures.

Location - Bangalore

3 to 5 years.

Experience in Java & J2EE technologies with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Kotlin

Experience in NoSQL DBs, e.g., Cassandra, Couchbase, MongoDB, and RDBMS

Experience in REST APIs, JPA (Java Persistence), Microservices-based architecture

Experience with Maven, Gradle, GIT, and Jenkins

-Experience in integration technologies like Kafka

-Experience working in a cloud environment, e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot and ORM technologies (e.g., JPA/Hibernate).
• Exposure to JavaScript/Node.js development.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
