We are looking for a Manager â Technical Implementation to lead and scale our enterprise implementation function.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
This role goes beyond individual delivery. You will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, own large enterprise deployments, standardize execution processes, and act as the technical escalation point during onboarding.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless go\-lives and faster time\-to\-value for our customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Lead and manage a team of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Technical Implementation Specialists<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Leegality Consentin<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> across enterprise clients.

Act as a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>senior techno\-functional consultant<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, advising enterprise clients on optimal implementation approaches for <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>both SaaS and On\-Premise deployments<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Provide deep expertise in <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>system architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise infrastructure<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, guiding clients and internal teams on complex implementation scenarios.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Oversee and review <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>client configurations and deployments<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, ensuring best practices in workflow setup, system integrations, and deployment architecture.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Drive <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>enterprise client implementations from planning to go\-live<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, ensuring minimal Time\-to\-Value and high product adoption.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Troubleshoot and resolve <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>complex implementation challenges<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, including issues related to APIs, integrations, deployment environments, and infrastructure components.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Guide teams and clients on <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>deployment workflows involving modern infrastructure technologies<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> such as containers, orchestration platforms, and enterprise hosting environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Mentor and develop <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Technical Implementation Specialists<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, enabling them to handle implementations independently and improve their technical and consulting capabilities.

Proactively identify <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>implementation risks, technical dependencies, and deployment bottlenecks<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, and implement mitigation strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Standardize implementation playbooks, documentation, and execution frameworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Gather structured <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>client feedback on product and implementation experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> throughout the customer lifecycle and translate insights into product improvement recommendations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Build strong relationships with <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>enterprise stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, including technical teams, business leaders, and project sponsors, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Support deployments with <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>enterprise clients including BFSI and fintech organizations<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, ensuring compliance with their infrastructure, security, and deployment requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

8+ years of experience in On\-prem product implementation, solution engineering, or technical consulting roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
2+ years of experience managing teams or leading enterprise projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must : Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON\/XML data structure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment workflows is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Understanding of infrastructure components \- databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Experience working with BFSI \/ fintech clients is a strong plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
