Engineering Tools Administrator India Job Description\: Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a highly capable administrator to support critical Engineering tools, with a primary focus on Jira and Confluence (Data Center and Cloud). This role is centered on hands-on administration, operational support, and contributing to ongoing Atlassian Cloud migration efforts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support through ticketing systems, Slack, and other remote collaboration channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues and clear communication with stakeholders. They will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Atlassian environments, troubleshooting system and integration issues, and supporting upgrades, patching, and overall system health. In addition to Atlassian tools, the role will contribute to the support of adjacent developer platforms such as GitHub Enterprise and Artifactory, with an opportunity to grow into deeper administrative ownership of these platforms over time. The position is well-suited for candidates with strong DevOps and Data Center experience who are looking to expand their scope into broader engineering tooling. Success in this role requires strong technical execution, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
