About the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to rapidly build data-driven software products using modern AI coding agents. You will own the end-to-end development of internal and customer-facing applications from idea to production, leveraging Python, LLMs, computer vision, and analytics to solve complex real-world operational problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shipping products at high velocity by effectively orchestrating AI-assisted development rather than manually writing every line of code. You will work closely with the Co-founder, playing a key role in transforming business ideas into scalable AI-powered products.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Co-founder to build AI-powered products from concept to production.

  • Build production-ready applications, dashboards, and automation tools using Python and modern web technologies.

  • Leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini) to accelerate development and manage multiple parallel development streams.

  • Design and implement LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, and multimodal solutions.

  • Develop analytics platforms combining geospatial, IoT/sensor, image, and enterprise datasets to generate actionable business insights.

  • Optimize prompts, AI pipelines, and vision models for performance, reliability, and accuracy.

  • Own software quality, deployment, performance, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products.


Requirements

  • Strong Python programming skills with experience building production-grade applications.

  • Experience building dashboards, data visualization tools, or internal platforms.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, and agentic coding workflows.

  • Experience working with structured data, APIs, and cloud-based services.

  • Ability to independently translate ambiguous business problems into scalable software solutions.

  • Strong product mindset with a bias toward rapid experimentation, execution, and ownership.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced startup environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with computer vision, satellite imagery, or geospatial data.

  • Knowledge of IoT, sensor, or telemetry data processing.

  • Experience with Streamlit, FastAPI, Plotly Dash, React, or similar frameworks.

  • Exposure to vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI evaluation frameworks.
