Test Engineer

Must Have – Testing Treasury Applications
? Hands-on experience of at least one full Implementation or application version/upgrade cycle for a treasury or collateral platform
? Proficiency in test strategy creation, test planning, test case creation, test case execution, and test case tracking (defects and evidence)
? Proven experience creating and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), mapping requirements to test cases and evidence
? Ability to design test cases that validate persistent and non-persistent integration events across the bank's IT landscape
? Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
? Ability to run and drive daily defect triage meetings with business, development, and vendor teams to enable quick defect closure
? Strong, clear, and assertive verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with client and vendor stakeholders
? Ability to prepare and present daily and weekly test progress dashboards and reports
? Experience with data migration from legacy systems to a new application, including reconciliation at position and accounting level

? Application architecture or configuration knowledge of the treasury/collateral platform in use
? Certification in Treasury and Capital Market products
? Certification in Testing Standards (ISTQB or equivalent)
? Experience creating automated test scripts for regression testing
