Role/ Position Overview

The B2B Telecaller – Lead Generation and Client Engagement will be responsible for calling potential business clients, explaining the company’s offerings across multiple product categories like industrial automation, construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, metal solutions and more and generating leads for the sales team.  The main goal of this role is to create interest and schedule meetings so that the sales team can take the conversation forward. This role requires clear communication, confidence on calls, and the ability to understand what the client needs and explain things in a simple and professional way. The telecaller will be the first point of contact for many clients, so creating a good first impression is important.

The person should be comfortable using basic tools like CRM systems to update call details and track leads. Regular follow-ups and proper record-keeping are important parts of the role. The telecaller will also work closely with the sales team to share useful information about clients and ensure smooth handover of leads.
