Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired qualifications for various technical roles, including software developers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, technical interviews, and skill assessments to ensure they meet the qualifications for open positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding candidate progress.
- Negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better understand the skill sets required for various roles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to promote ACE Money Transfer as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a software development or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
