Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with Performance Analytics
Experience Level: 3+ years
Job Location: Remote / Coimbatore / Hyderabad (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow, focusing on customization and development of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
- Create and manage ServiceNow workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
Performance Analytics Expertise:
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics (PA) widgets to deliver actionable insights from ServiceNow data.
- Develop and configure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for different departments (ITSM, HR, Security, etc.).
- Create and manage Performance Analytics data sources and indicators.
- Configure trend analysis and predictive analytics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow instances.
- Assist with the implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Document code, processes, and user guides for future reference.
Best Practices & Improvement:
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices to ensure high-quality code and effective solutions.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Proven experience with Performance Analytics in ServiceNow, including the creation of dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow core modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
- Expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics configuration and administration.
- Experience in ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, and MID Servers).
- Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow workflows and automations.
