Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Application Suite, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM, and a strong background in web technologies and integration methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules to meet client requirements.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with internal and external applications (SaaS-based) using RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and GraphQL.
  • Use Jelly scripting, XML, SOAP, and JavaScript for building custom applications and automating workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that best practices and quality standards are followed.
  • Configure and manage ServiceNow MID Servers, facilitating integration between ServiceNow and on-premise systems.
  • Develop Shell scripts for integration purposes and system automation.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing customizations and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in all ServiceNow development efforts.
  • Provide troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization for ServiceNow applications.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, SOAP, REST, Jelly scripting, and XML.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration, OAuth 2.0, and GraphQL for internal and external integrations.
  • Experience with MID Server configuration and ServiceNow Shell scripting.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with SaaS-based applications and other third-party tools.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Developer, or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification, or equivalent practical experience with ITIL processes.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
