Who are we and what do our customers want? We are a 20+ years young IT company as well as a US-facing full-fledged digital agency. Our core focus is to provide 360 degree marketing solutions to our US based customers which could be from any industry. However, recently our focus has shifted towards providing GTM solutions for SaaS companies. Our customers used to find us through Google, but of late that has shifted towards AI Engines. Customers' prime focus is no longer getting them ranked in Google or just traffic. They want to be found in AI Searches. They want to execute strategies to connect with their targeted ICPs. Their focus is more on generating MQLs and getting ROI on their marketing investment.

You could be a right fit if:

1. The above brief resonates with what you have done in your current role.
2. You have some experience and keen interest in AI optimization (AI searches) and content marketing with combined experience of 4-5 years.
3. You have dealt with SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social advertising, Email marketing, curated content generation using AI.
4. You have exposure of dealing with US based customers and have excellent communication skills
5. You are willing to get the strategic as well as execution part without fuss
6. You are a team player

You would be preferred if:

1. You are equally good in demand-gen side of marketing, including Hubspot automation, data enrichment.
2. You have experience beyond traditional SEO.
3. You are able to demonstrate ability to leverage Chat GPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity and other AI tools for practical usage such as content writing, SM posting, research and documentation
4. You have familiarity with popular SEO Audit & analytics tools, CMS, Site Crawlers, Google Search Console, Chrome plugins, and CRM`s
5. You are reading and upgrading yourself every day. You are research oriented and have strong analytical skills.

Education- Any degree in marketing is preferred, not a deterrent.
