Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Frontend Developers to join a high-impact remote project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in responsive web design and front-end technologies, combined with practical experience on .NET-based projects. This role involves direct client communication, teamwork, and a strong commitment to accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical input.
• Ensure all web components are WCAG/ADA accessibility compliant.
• Work closely with backend developers and QA teams to deliver seamless and high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile practices such as sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-up meetings.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Solid experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Hands-on experience in .NET projects, including usage of .NET IDEs and front-end integration.
• In-depth understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG/ADA) and experience with accessibility remediation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate direct client interaction.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.
• Experience using AJAX for dynamic, asynchronous interactions.
• Knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap or similar.
