We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Branding Executive to support internal and external marketing initiatives, employee engagement programs, social media management, content creation, branding activities, and event marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, video editing, content development, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Marketing & Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create and maintain design templates, marketing assets, and best-practice documentation.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Create, publish, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Develop engaging written, visual, and video content aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative content ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Drive initiatives to improve social media reach, impressions, and engagement.
Creative Design & Branding
- Design marketing collateral, digital creatives, presentations, infographics, and branded assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns that strengthen the company's brand identity.
- Manage print and branding requirements, including office branding, signage, merchandise, and promotional materials.
Video Production & Multimedia
- Plan, coordinate, and execute video shoots for marketing, branding, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos and visual content.
- Create promotional, event, and employer branding videos that align with marketing objectives.
Event Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support the planning and promotion of corporate events, campaigns, CSR activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Capture photographs and videos during events for social media and marketing use.
- Develop post-event communication and promotional content
Global Marketing Support
- Collaborate with global teams on organisation-wide marketing initiatives.
- Support campaigns such as employer branding, awards programs, festive communications, website updates, and other global marketing activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Design Quality & Knowledge Management
- Review design deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand compliance.
- Provide guidance on design standards, formats, and production requirements.
- Create and maintain design templates, marketing assets, and best-practice documentation.
