This role offers the opportunity to lead complex business analyses and drive operational excellence across multiple functional areas. You will evaluate business goals, design and optimize processes, and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and productivity. Acting as a key liaison between teams, you will balance project priorities, manage resources, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The position requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of operational reporting and documentation. You will play a pivotal role in supporting business decisions, implementing process improvements, and contributing to initiatives such as data center projects, business case development, and organizational process enhancements. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead complex analyses to assess business goals, objectives, and operational needs.
    • Design, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and support initiatives.
    • Prioritize business and project requirements while managing scope, resources, and timelines.
    • Provide functional expertise to business areas and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
    • Facilitate testing, quality assurance, and end-user training for process implementations.
    • Own and manage business operations reporting, ad hoc information requests, and project communications.
    • Oversee document management initiatives and support decision-making for tools, resources, and data center expansions.
      • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional professional experience may substitute for formal education.
    • 8–11 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and administrative skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
    • Demonstrated experience in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Financial literacy and ability to perform cost/benefit analyses.
    • Leadership and people management skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external engagement.
