Traditional chatbots can easily reference the content in their responses, while AI-powered agents use the content to interpret how to respond to similar user inputs.
Responsibilities
Usability testing. Conversation designers perform rigorous testing to ensure chatbots and virtual assistants perform as required—but their testing role is confined to user interaction and conversational aspects. This process also involves collecting user feedback and using it to improve conversational flows.
